Projekt: "Eurykleia - Women with a name" sammelt in einer Datenbank Namen von Frauen, die in griechischen Dokumenten erwähnt werden. Geschichtswissenschaftliche Forschung lebt von Diversität, auch und ganz besonders die Wirtschafts- und Sozialgeschichte. „Gender“ ist eine mögliche Perspektive, und zwar nicht nur im Hinblick auf den Forschungsgegenstand, sondern auch auf die Forscherinnen.
Der Arbeitskreis „Women in Economic History“ zielt ab auf die Präsentation unserer Forschungsinteressen, -aktivitäten und -ergebnisse und ermöglicht uns eine gezielte Vernetzung. Interessentinnen, gerade auch im frühen Karrierestadium, sind herzlich zur Mitarbeit eingeladen!

Historical research thrives on diversity, and this is especially true in economic and social history. "Gender" is an important perspective, not only for the subjects of research, but also with regard to female researchers.
The working group "Women in Economic History" aims to present our research interests, activities and results, as well as provide a targeted and supportive network of scholars. Interested women, especially those in the early stages of their careers, are cordially invited to join us!
